Responsibilities may include:

Conceptualize and implement automated marketing campaigns
Development of graphic and video content to support marketing objectives
Management of multiple social media channels
Assist in publication of internal and external communications
Assist in updating and managing multiple websites
Assist in managing Salesforce data
Research and qualify leads
Assist in sales support and administrative duties when required

Requirements:

Degree in marketing or related field (equivalent work experience considered)
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress
Experience with project management software
Experience with Salesforce
Willingness to obtain a Pardot certification
Willingness to obtain Google Adwords Certification
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities

  • Familiarizing yourself with the TRA’s vision and mission, and actively seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives and represent the brand.
  • Participating in (and/or leading) new business plans/pitches. • Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
  • Educating and developing prospects, working with them throughout the sales process as needed.
  • Building a network; researching prospective clients through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leads.
  • Actively utilizing persuasive verbal and written communications skills, analytical thinking, keen human behavioral instincts, and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Representing the agency at relevant networking opportunities to raise the visibility of the TRA brand.
  • Overseeing negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
  • Working closely with agency leadership to confirm roles on differing engagements to ensure appropriate rapport is developed with clients.
  • Supporting and participate in strategic TRA marketing initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Documenting client interaction and/or prospecting efforts through the use of a CRM.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables while managing multiple requests concurrently.
  • Interest in a career in Sales or in Sales Leadership
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.
  • Experience in MS Office, Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Some travel may be required
